Stage It

Thou it may currently be a buyer's market.. staging works.  It's not quite like decorating but showing your house in the best light possible has proven to make for a quick sale at a higher price. This dining room in the DC metro suburbs is the traditional style of the region. Using the current homeowner's furniture I moved the room toward transitional. The wall color  (SW6171 Chatroom) was changed. A new table and light fixture  were brought in to  updated the look.

What I Love about Candice

What I love about Candice Olson is... her interiors never disappoint.
